AIR JEDI Student Worker Position Open!

The Arizona Institutes for Resilience at University of Arizona is seeking a graduate or undergraduate student to be a diversity and inclusion ambassador. If you are dedicated to supporting justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) principles, and want to connect the University of Arizona and broader community to the environment and sustainability with these principles in mind, then this is the opportunity for you! This position will work closely with AIR staff and committees on projects that enhance social, racial, and environmental justice both on and off campus. This position will collect resources and materials to include in a departmental guidebook on topics such as hiring, communications, JEDI training, and inclusive culture; post events, highlights, and information from the guidebook on the department website; and act as the contact for AIR personnel to send JEDI-related information and present that information to the JEDI committee for review.
