Indigenous Peoples Climate Change Working Group (IPCCWG) Part 1

 The Indigenous Peoples Climate Change Working Group (IPCCWG) gather for a series of virtual meetings to discuss the future generations of Indigenous geoscience professionals, educators, and workforce. An in-person IPCCWG meeting will take place at the National Tribal & Indigenous Climate Conference. The IPCCWG is open to all who share our commitment to strengthening the connections between tribes, TCUs, federal agencies, and NGOs. On the May 14th meeting,  featured speakers included Dr. Daniel Wildcat – Haskell Indian Nations University, Paulette Blanchard – University of Kansas, and Shereena Baker – University of New Mexico.
