The 2026 Southwest Adaptation Forum (SWAF) will be held on November 4-6, 2026, at the University of Arizona campus in Tucson, AZ!

What is SWAF?

The Southwest Adaptation Forum (SWAF) is a gathering of climate adaptation leaders, researchers, and practitioners across the Southwest U.S. The goal is to exchange best practices around efforts to advance climate adaptation and resilience in the region. 

SWAF is a regional forum of the National Adaptation Forum. The 2026 Forum will be the fifth occurrence. See more from past SWAFs.

What to Expect at SWAF 2026
