Corrina Gil
Corrina Gil joined the Southwest Climate Adaptation Science Center in October 2022, here at the University of Arizona in Tucson. Her role as Consortium Coordinator is a new half time position. The consortium institutions are Colorado State University, Desert Research Institute, Scripps Institution of Oceanography @ UC San Diego, University of California, Davis, University of California, Los Angeles and Utah State University. Corrina works directly with the SW CASC Assistant Director with programmatic coordination and logistics to facilitate operational flow which supports the successful execution of the SW CASC. She has a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration/Political Science with a double minor in Journalism and Sociology and a master’s degree in Urban Management both from the University of Texas’ College of Architecture, Planning and Public Affairs (CAPPA).
