Mariana Webb

Mariana is a PhD student at the University of Nevada, Reno Desert Research Institute where she is studying Hydrologic Sciences. Following her graduate studies, she hopes to pursue work in water resource management and research. She is excited that the NRWD Fellowship can help her achieve that goal through the opportunity to further ground her research in applied science while learning about how to bridge the gap between information and action. Mariana is thrilled to be taking the next step in building a scientific career grounded in real-world applications and collaboration to address an increasingly complex water resource future.
