Allen Leinberger is the Website & Communications Assistant for the Southwest Climate Adaptation Science Center (SW CASC) and an undergraduate student in the College of Engineering with a major in electrical and computer engineering at the University of Arizona.

Originally from El Paso, Texas, Allen attended El Paso High School, where he graduated with a concentration in STEM and was the first student in the district to utilize computer science coursework as a second language credit. Allen also led his high school’s STEM club and volunteered as website manager for a non-profit organization serving the broader El Paso region.

As Website & Communications Assistant with the SW CASC, Allen has served in a highly specialized role as the website technical administrator for several years, and has worked with SW CASC and partners to ensure SW CASC climate science, adaptation research, and resources are accessible to the wider public through the SW CASC website.
