SW CASC Participation at the 5th National Climate Assessment Authors Meeting

The 2023 All Authors Meeting for the 5th National Climate Assessment (NCA5) took place April 3-5 in Washington, DC. SW CASC Federal Director (Acting), Carolyn Enquist, attended the meeting as a contributing author to the Southwest chapter, with a focus on the wildfire section. Carolyn was joined by colleagues from the USDA Southwest Climate Hub, USDA California Climate Hub, Utah State University, the Center for Climate Adaptation Science and Solutions at the University of Arizona, and many others. The goal of the NCA5 is to analyze the impacts of global change in the United States. It is currently in development and is set to be released in late 2023.
