A workshop aimed at enhancing researcher and practitioner engagement in regional climate adaptation efforts was held on September 17, 2015 in Tucson, Arizona. The workshop, titled "Promoting Effective Engagement in Climate Change Adaptation Science and On-the-Ground Action," was co-convened by the Society for Conservation Biology, the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies’ Climate Change Committee, and the Southwest Climate Science Center.
